Refund policy

Every DropLit release is a limited drop — made in small batches, sold once, and never restocked. Because of this, all DropLit orders are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or fit. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before you place your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Your drop should arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. Email hello@drop-lit.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

Order cancellations: Because drops sell out fast and move quickly to fulfilment, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.
