Shipping policy

Every DropLit order is packed and dispatched from Bengaluru, India.

Where we ship: We currently ship across India. For international enquiries, email us at hello@drop-lit.co and we will do our best to help.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During a live drop, high demand may add a little to this — we will always keep you posted.

Delivery estimates: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates: Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your drop to your door.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control, but we will always help you track down a late order.

Wrong or damaged deliveries: If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, please see our Return & refund policy or email hello@drop-lit.co within 7 days of delivery.
