Shipping policy

Every DropLit order is packed and dispatched from Bengaluru, India.

Where we ship: We ship across India, and internationally to selected countries in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. If we deliver to your country, you will see the option at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. During a live drop, high demand may add a little to this - we will always keep you posted.

Delivery estimates: Once dispatched, orders within India typically arrive in 5-8 business days, depending on your location. International orders typically arrive in 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees, and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates: Within India, standard shipping is Rs. 99, and orders of Rs. 1,999 or more ship free. International shipping is a flat Rs. 1,700 per order. All charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Currency: All prices and shipping charges are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you pay with an international card, your bank or card provider converts the amount at its prevailing exchange rate.

Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your drop to your door.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, but we will always help you track down a late order.

Wrong or damaged deliveries: If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, please see our Return & refund policy or email hello@drop-lit.co within 7 days of delivery.
